FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All purchases for Glen Eyrie Christmas Events must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Reservations may be made via phone with a credit card or in person with cash, check, or a credit card. Reservations are non-refundable. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Tickets will be held for you in the Castle Foyer on the night of the event and will be presented to you upon arrival. All tickets are for reserved seating and seat assignments are made by our Guest Services Manager with preferred seating offered to overnight guests and parties with earliest reservations made.
Our Glen Eyrie Madrigal performance is formal in nature. Feel free to dress up in your Christmas finery! We suggest semi-formal attire, business dress or above. Period costume is also acceptable.
Due to the unique nature of the event we would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the following:
- The Castle is a non-smoking facility
- Alcohol is not served, nor is it permitted on the grounds
- We ask that you not bring infants or very young children
- Photography is permitted in The Castle
It is a rare occasion that we cancel a performance due to weather. In the 30 year history of the Glen Eyrie Christmas Madrigal Banquet we have only cancelled a performance on one occasion. In the event of inclement weather, we suggest that you and your party arrive early and even consider staying overnight with us the night before to ensure your ability to attend your scheduled performance.
If a cancellation is required we will post a cancellation notice on our website, and we will also email and call all guests registered for The Madrigal Banquet.
