OUR RETREAT LEADER
 Paul Stanley is the managing director of the Leader Development Network, a consultancy focused on the development of emerging leaders and coaching senior leaders to "lead from the inside out." He is a consultant and trainer to numerous organizations in developing strategy and leadership. Stanley is also former International Vice President of The Navigators, an interdenominational ministry of 4,100 staff in over 110 countries. A major focus of his life has been developing the next generation of leaders to assume the reins of responsibility. Paul will be teaching on “The Ways of Jesus.”
